Processing Solutions is based in Atlanta, Georgia; with full service satellite offices in Jacksonville, Florida and Birmingham, Alabama.  Although primarily focused in the Southeast, our vast network of  sales agents can support relationships throughout the continental United Sates.

Processing Solutions utilizes four primary processors in order to provide the exact solution to each of our merchants processing needs. Currently, we proudly represent Sage Payment Solutions, Priority Payment Systems, Retriever Payment Systems, and Newtek Merchant Solutions. Having access to all of the major front end processors gives us the ability to support all of the top equipment hardware and software applications that are used in the market place today.

We provide in house customer service and technical support for our entire merchant base at our Atlanta facility from 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time to 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. After hours and weekend support is provided directly from the processor. This ensures that in the unlikely event that a customer service issue or terminal problem should occur, you can count on the help you need, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
